Environmentally Sustainable Design, Commercial Compliance

The project is located on a prominent but small site which presented hurdles in meeting council requirements. LBS assisted the project team in successfully navigating the design of the proposed tower through the council Sustainable Design Assessment in the Planning Process framework (SDAPP). In addition, LBS worked with the project team on value engineering opportunities in the façade design.
